Functional, nice clean rooms and sizable breakast. Right next to the Esplanade. Not all staff speak English,, so be prepared
Nothing but location.
Staff not one word english very very expensive for that kind of room and service for sure not a 4 star .room was awfull and not a bit clean they never change the sheets unless I had to tell them very bad for that price you can go to the 5 star for sure .
Service, Room, Breakfast
Toiletries and Wi-Fi were charged for.
This hotel looks lika a hospital and it is very noisy.
The room and furnishings were very basic. I saw a cockroach in the room. The restaurant was only a snack bar. The atmosphere was rather seedy.
The rooms are big. The hotel is in front of the Shopping Center and not far from the main attractions of the city.
The breakfast is poor (few options) and they do not really clean the room and bathroom during your stay.
This hotel is very well located. The breakfast buffet is varied and good.
The glass doors leading to the balcony are not sound proof. It gets very, very noisy early in the morning. The internet service is very unreliable. It was out for hours on end.
It was a clean room with an excellent breakfast.
As with nearly every hotel or tourist destination in Brazil, no one speaks english!
Close to mall with foodcourt so no need for taxi´s for diner or lunch. Breakfast big even for Brasilian standards. Bathroom clean with 24/7 hot water. Provides soapbar, no shampoo or something else. Safe in room. Security hotel is oke.
Price/quality is not so good. Staff is very very unhelpfull and uninterested. No free wifi which is a shame for an international business hotel. Only some staff speak English.
The breakfast was nice, and the staff always helpful
The internet Wi-Fi has very poor connection. Most of the bathrooms needs to be repaired of fixed. The bathroom in the room is stayed had black mold, i tried changing my room but discovered that most of the bathrooms on the floor i was staying had mold. I won't recommend the hotel until the fix the black mold in the bathrooms
In reception no one could talk any english. No food to get at the evening. No possibility to take a walk outside.
